Jose Miguel Clase is a second-generation entrepreneur and business leader who has played a significant role in the growth and diversification of D'Clase Corporation, a diversified business group with substantial involvement in various sectors such as banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, airport operations, and construction. Through D'Clase Corporation, Jose Miguel has initiated and managed manufacturing operation that produces footwear for renowned brands such as Timberland, Sebago, Chaco, GH Bass, and Merrell.

Jud Barr is a seasoned entrepreneur and nationally recognized as an expert in the field of on-demand, small-batch manufacturing, customization and personalization. He was a critical player in the successful creation and launch of pioneering custom programs, including NIKEiD, RBKCustom (Reebok), My TaylorMade+, Van's Customs, New Balance and many others. Most recently, Jud was the founder and CEO of a technology enabled services business, JTBCustom, Inc. There, he led the creation of industry leading end-to-end product configuration and custom order management software called Silhouette.

Scott Geftman is an experienced consumer and retail operator and investment banker with a proven track record of scaling and selling direct-to-consumer brands. Before co-founding Larimar Logistics, Scott served as President of Rowing Blazers, a PE-backed DTC apparel and accessories business, before exiting to an investment group led by the founders of Tory Burch and Five Below. Scott spent the first decade of his career as an investment banker at The Sage Group, where he sold and raised capital for over 20 consumer and retail brands totaling billions of dollars of transaction value. Scott graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
